I found the hotel's rooms really nice, always clean, and welcoming while waiting for our booked room in the afternoon. However, the thin walls made it feel like you were sharing your space with your neighbor. The service was very nice and helpful, although some staff members were overly inquisitive. The location, ideal for families and solo travelers, had great facilities but needed a bit of an update. Dining experiences varied, from excellent to poor quality, and the overall facilities were satisfactory. Rooms had a cozy vibe despite the thin walls, while the service received a good rating despite some intrusive questioning from staff. The location, though good, would benefit from some improvements, and the dining experiences were hit or miss. The facilities, while average, met our needs during the stay.

The hotel offers nice clean rooms and facilities although they can be a bit smelly like an ashtray. The service is generally friendly but lacks in efficiency at times. The location is convenient for the airport but a bit distant from the central area.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with high-quality bathroom fittings. The service was top-notch with friendly and proactive staff everywhere who made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for me, close to the airport yet away from the hustle and bustle, complete with fantastic amenities like walking paths and tennis courts. The dining experience was simply amazing, especially the fantastic staff. A few minor downsides were the inconsistent service at reception and the pricy dining options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. However, opting for a larger room, especially for kids, would be ideal without the breakfast option. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to help us retrieve our lost bag. The location, though a bit far from malls, was like a luxurious resort in Bali with lush greenery all around. The dining experience, excluding breakfast, was a bit pricey but below average in terms of quality. Overall, it was a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had excellent foreign staff, a variety of food options, and a very comfy, clean, and spacious room. However, it wasn't noise-proof, leading to disturbances from the hallway and neighboring suites during my stay, especially in the evening hours.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The suite was fabulous, offering a big room with a large comfortable bed. The views may not be breathtaking, but I was happy with everything else provided.

I have to say, this hotel was as good as it gets in Dubai! The rooms are amazingly huge, the breakfast choices are massive, spa facilities are top-notch, and the staff is superb. I couldn't fault anything—excellent club room facilities and impeccable service, making my stay truly exceptional. It was a small downside that my room had a view of the speedway work and construction, but still a wonderful experience.

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The rooms didn't offer a nice view, but they were comfortable. The water entertainment facilities were a great addition, and having a cafe and restaurant inside was convenient. Some confusion before check-in was a downside.

I was given a room on the 5th floor with a bad smell and smoke odor, which was disappointing. However, the room itself was spacious, big, and comfortable, despite the urgent need for modernization.
